Tournament Format:
Each team will play a total of two games and compete for a championship trophy. Points will be awarded for a win, tie or loss as noted: 3 = WIN, 1 = TIE, 0 = LOSS
Overtimes: If two teams are tied after regulation, then two five minute overtime periods will be played. If the teams are still tied at the end of the overtimes, the tie will stand.
Tiebreaker Format:
Total point ties will be broken as follows:
Tiebreaker: If two or more teams have identical records after the two matches, the following tiebreaking format will be used to determine the champion.
Head to head results (disregard if more than two teams are tied-never revert back to this tie breaker if more than two teams are tied.)
- LEAST amount of goals allowed
- Team with the Highest Goal Differential. A maximum of three goals per match will be counted. Positive only.
- Most Wins
- Total Goals Scored
- Coin Toss
